James has also spent 2 years with the RAF Regiment, which means he has a 'can do' attitude and great team spirit. He successfully looks after number of high profile national accounts which include WH Smith and Next whilst overseeing the UK Sales Team.

Since graduating in 1999 I have worked exclusively within the UK retail sector, more recently specialising in UK grocery. I have worked for organisations with less than 10 staff to global businesses with thousands of employees. As well as UK operations I have also supported customers in their Far East buying, making regular trips to Hong Kong for seasonal business. My passion is product as with great products come great opportunities.

Rachel joined our company in 2010 and has been instrumental in helping to achieve the success we have with the Art Group division. As Business Development Manager, Rachel's knowledge of the open print market was invaluable to our growing business. Rachel has since been promoted to National Account Executive and successfully manages accounts including The Range, TK Maxx and Dobbies as well as key garden centre groups: Blue Diamond, Notcutts, Garden & Leisure, AIS. Her passion and drive to deliver the best possible service to our customers is one of her many attributes that make her a valued member of the team.

Ian is a recent addition to the sales team who joined in April 2012. Ian has been in sales for over 15 years, and much of this time within the calendar and gift industry. He has experience as a national accounts and UK sales manager who is always striving to achieve high results. Ian will be focusing on key projects such as the Olympics and commemorative events.

Matt is an enthusiastic team member and always wants to go the extra mile for customers. He has recently been promoted to look after a number of key accounts including Play.com and Amazon.

Janet joined us in 2010 following the purchase of The Art Group for whom she had worked in various roles for a number of years. Janet brings to the team invaluable experience both in terms of her product and customer knowledge. Janet deals with her own customers whilst also providing administrator support for the National Account Executive.

Returning from her maternity leave Donna is now job sharing with Janet. Joining in 2007 Donna was originally the Receptionist but has previously worked as a National Account Coordinator until leaving to have her baby in April 2012. Donna has shown great organisational and communication skills and is used to looking after our high profile accounts. We are pleased to welcome Donna back on a part time basis.

Adell has been working for Pyramid since 2009, her background is in accounts but she also has extensive experience in other roles which she has drawn on since stepping into this role in April 2012 initially to cover a maternity leave. Adell’s attention to detail and analytical skills have stood her in good stead as she works alongside the National Accounts Managers on the Grocery accounts.

Kay is used to working within set parameters and targets and prides herself of being able to adapt to any given situation. Her excellent organisational skills mean she delivers 100% of the time, which is crucial in her supporting role to our national account managers.
