Karen joined Pyramid International in February 2010 and immediately became the driving force of UK sales. With her background of dealing at a high level with National accounts it was only natural for her to oversee all of Pyramids biggest accounts as she quickly adapted to the demands of our customers and the products we offer. Karen has been at the forefront of developing new products for not only current customers but new as well.

James originally joined Pyramid as a junior account manager and has grown comfortably into his current role. His previous experience in the fast paced food industry means he is a well organised and structured individual with great drive to tailor products and ranges to customers’ needs. James has also spent 2 years in the RAF regiment, which means he has a ‘can do’ attitude and great team spirit. He successfully looks after number of high profile and large national accounts which include Harrods, Selfridges, WH Smith and Next.

Donna joined Pyramid in 2007, originally as our receptionist. She has shown great determination to work her way up into her current position as national account coordinator. She now works with our account managers to look after several high profile national accounts including Tesco and Sainsbury’s, which has shown off her great organisational and communications skills. Donna is very passionate and committed to her role and Pyramid.

Kay is a more recent addition to the team; she joined us in December 2010. She brings a wealth of customer service experience from her previous role as an account manager. Kay is used to working within set parameters and targets and prides herself of being able to adapt to any given situation. Her excellent organisational skills mean she delivers 100% of the time, which is crucial in her supporting role to our national account managers.

He is use to managing a large portfolio of accounts and is experienced in providing tailored advise to customers. Matt is an enthusiastic team member and always wants to go the extra mile for customers.

Alex is another new addition to the team and joined us in December 2010, she has over 10 years experience in customer services so is a great asset to the team. She has excellent organisational and time management skills which were gained from her previous role as a customer care administrator with a gift experience company. These skills are now proving to be invaluable as she covers the administration for our Irish national accounts and also a portfolio of a number of our independent retailers.
