What are the Terms?

Pyramid sell all our posters on a sale-or-exchange basis, (subject to our standard UK terms & Prices) providing you have a Pyramid supplied Poster Fixture in store. Otherwise all posters are supplied on a firm-sale basis.

Does Pyramid apply any carriage charges?

We impose a delivery charge of £8.50 for all UK orders dispatched below the value of £100. Certain UK accounts that have discounted terms will also be subject to a delivery charge based on the cost to deliver the goods from our warehouse.

Does Pyramid offer a merchandising service?

Yes. Depending on the location of your store, Pyramid offers a merchandising service consisting of sales staff or a merchandising team according to your preferred requirements.

How many new releases can I expect per week?

Pyramid International release approximately 25 new titles per month, encompassing all the different size formats (see below).

Do I have to pay for the Display Racking?

Providing the Poster Racking is stocked with 100% Pyramid Product, all display equipment is supplied Free on Loan.

How often do your Sales Staff visit my store?

Depending on your requirements, we can plan to have a sales person visit your store every 2 to 6 weeks.

What do I do with any returns?

Pyramid does not accept product delivered back to our Distribution centre, unless incorrectly sent out or due to store closure. Our trained sales staff can issue credits whilst visiting your store. If you do not receive a visit from the sales person, we can deal with any returns you may have over the phone. Please contact the UK Sales department on 0116 284 3645.

How do I place an Order?

You can telephone, fax or email a complete stock check or order to us. If you have Pyramid International Rack, we know exactly from our database what your current range design has listed, therefore from this stock check we can automatically send out the correct stock for your store.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Our current minimum order value is £50, which equates to roughly 25+ Posters. If you order this amount a carriage charge of £8.50 will be levied.

Are your Posters copyright or Officially Licensed?

Pyramid products are all fully licensed for the UK market.

Can you send me free samples?

Of course. If you are a current customer please fill in a registration form and check the ‘sample request’ box including your preferred list of titles/formats.

Can you offer a cheaper price to the standard Opening Order offer?

Of course depending upon the nature of your business and your specific volume requirements. If you are a current customer please discuss your requirements with your sales representative or your UK sales office contact.

What size are the Racks?

Can I have a mixture of titles in a small FSDU?

Normally we run promotional opportunities around music, film or other events. Depending on the titles chosen in the range, some variations are permissible.

Is VAT included?

VAT is in addition to any prices you see here.
