What are your terms?

All new customers are requested to pay on a pro-forma basis until a trading history has been established. Payment can be made via most major credit cards, cheque or bank transfer. Please note that for new customers, orders will not be forwarded to the warehouse until payment has cleared and that cheques can take up to 7 working days.

 

Can you offer a drop ship service?

Currently this is not possible, but please contact us to explain your requirements in more detail.

 

How much is Carriage?

Carriage is free for all orders over £300.00 plus VAT. Please note that a surcharge may be added for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Isles and for Saturday deliveries. Certain UK accounts that have discounted terms will also be subject to a delivery charge, which is based on the cost of delivering the goods from the warehouse.

 

Can I ask for someone to visit me?

Yes, there are dedicated representatives located around the country who can visit you to help with orders, discuss products, advise on displays etc. They can visit you as often as you feel is necessary.

 

What is your minimum order?

Our current minimum order is £300.00 plus VAT. If your order contains frames or glass products or you are based in Northern Ireland or offshore then this value increases, please see our terms and conditions.

 

Can I return products?

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, you can exchange up to 15% of a poster order to allow you to stock new titles on a regular basis. Returns are not accepted by the distribution centre unless an order has been incorrectly sent out. To receive a credit for items, please speak to your Account Manager or a member of the sales team who will be able to deal with this for you.

 

How do I place an order?

You can place your order through the website. After your initial registration, you will be set up with log-in details for all future orders. Alternatively, you can call the office, send a fax or email an order. If you receive a visit from a salesperson, you can also place your order during the visit.

 

How long will my order take?

This will depend on the products you order. The longest standard lead time is 5 working days for items, however the majority of orders are despatched within 48 hours of being received.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Generally this will depend on the nature of your business and your volume requirements. However, there are promotions throughout the year, which you will be made aware of.

 

Do prices on the website or price list include VAT?

No, VAT is in addition to any prices listed, at the current rate of 20%.

 

Do you have any catalogues?

Yes, there are printed catalogues that can be sent out to you. However, as the range is constantly changing, the best place to find products is here on the website. The website is always completely up to date and is an excellent reference tool.

 

Are your products Licensed?

Yes, all products are fully licensed.
