Lauriens Pyramid career began in 2003 and she first joined the export department in 2004 making an instant impact with many customers who found her veracious personality a joy to work with. Her passion for the product and sales abilities saw Laurien promoted to UK Sales Office Manager in 2009. After a short time away from the business honing her customer service skills Laurien returned to the Export team in 2011 in the role of Sales Manager. Laurien is very well respected through the industry and we are delighted to have her back 'home'

Monica Joined Pyramid as the receptionist in June 2008 and quickly progressed into a sales administration role within UK Sales Team. Before Monica left to have her son last year she had established herself as a very competent sales person. We are delighted to have Monica join the Export Sales team on her return from maternity leave as she is very well organised, professional, customer focused and a great problem solver.

Nicola was head hunted and finally joined Pyramid in May 2009 as administrative support the Export Department who needed help with the increased day today paperwork. Nicola spent many years working for the Husky Group and gained invaluable experience in all levels of the business including administration, customer service, warehousing and problem solving. Nicola is a committed, highly motivated team player who is very adaptable and her experience of handling corporate customers means that she has slotted into the Export Team with ease.

Barbara has joined as our assistant manager originally from Poland and spending 3.5 years of her education in France means she possess very good literacy and communication skills in Polish, English and French. Friendly and approachable with an excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. Barbara gained her experience within export whilst working for toy retailer dealing with international customers. A welcome addition to the team.
