How do I place an order?
Complete the account application / enquiry form and fax or email through along with your first order to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax +44 116 284 3696. A member of the Pyramid International Export Sales team will contact you within 24 hours (during the working week) from receiving the order.
How do I pay for an order?
Initial orders are on a pro-forma invoice basis (payment in advance). Credit terms are normally arranged once a relationship has been established. First order payment must be made via a Bank Transfer and after that in any of the following 3 ways:

What are the minimum quantities / order values?
A minimum order value for Export orders is £300.00. Please speak to a member of the Pyramid International Export Sales team about minimums per product.
How do I find out about prices?
Please contact a member of the Pyramid International Export Sales team for your prices. The prices are discounted down from the UK price list (see UK sales prices) with set prices for retail, wholesale and distributor customers. We can also quote prices for different packaging across all our products including rolled and labeled posters, carded badges and packaged stickers.
What about Shipping and Freight?
Orders are packed according to their size, with small orders (100 posters) bulk rolled in 'quad boxes' and larger orders using 'flat boxes' (300 posters). Once payment has been received, standard orders are pulled, checked and packed within 72 hours awaiting collection from your freight company. Pyramid International's policy is that all export orders are on an "Ex-works" basis that means that you, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs.
